1. Where is the ticketing office to buy a bus tour?

2. Where is the point of departure?

Answer: 1242 Stanley Street Montreal QC H3B 2S7. Its near Peel Subway, Victoria Secret shop, Second cup coffee shop.

4. Can I call Wonder Travel after office hour?

Answer: Yes, you can call 514-8066638 before 11:00pm. But only regarding the question about the online booking.

5. What are your opening hours?

Answer: Monday to Friday: 9:00am-19:00pm(Summer Time), 10:00am-18:00pm(Winter, Spring, Autumn Time)
Saturday: 11:00am-18:00pm ( Summer time)
Sunday: 11:00am-18:00pm ( Summer time)
You can also make your reservation online, 24h / 7 Days

6. What is included in the price ?

Answer: Applicable taxes, transportation, hotel (travel 2 days or more), the tour guide and FICAV( OPC funds)

7. What is not included in the price?

Answer: Meals are not included, but the guide will offer you meal choices en route that you can choose. Admissions activities are not included, you can choose and pay directly to your guide.

8. How many activities I should take with the tour guide?

Answer: You can take all suggested activities with the tour guide. If you like to skip some one, you can do it. But, you need to know how many minimum activities for the tour, for example:
Quebec city 1 day tour, minimum 1 activity.
Toronto & Niagara Falls 2/3 Days, minimum 2 activities.
Washington DC & Philadelphia 4 Days, Minimum 2 activities
New York 3 days guided tour, Minimum 3 activities
USA 4 Days, Minimum 3 activities

9. How much service service charge I should pay with the tour guide?

Answer: If the tour is in Eastern Cananda, the service charge for the guide & driver is $ 7 / day (adult), $ 5 / day (child). If the tour is in Easter USA, the service charge for the guide & driver is US$ 7 / day (adult), US$ 5 / day (child).
Service charge is payable by the number of the people you booked regardless how many of you actually show up for the tour.

10. What kind of hotel do you use?

Answer: Your comfort is always our priority! Wonder Travel Group work mainly with large hotel chains to reassure your comfort. In addition, all our hotels have been carefully selected by our staff at Wonder Travel. For example, Days Inn, Quaity Inn, four points by sheraton, Crowne Plaza, Travelodge, Motel 6, Radisson Inn, Marriott and many more.

11. How can I know my tour guide?

Answer: Your tour guide will call or text you one day in advance. In order to know you better. And, once you have the guide information, anything regarding the tour, please contact the tour guide instead of the office.

12. How can I make my payment?

Answer: You can pay directly through the official Wonder Travel website www.wondertravels.ca/ www.wondertravel.net. You can also pay in the Wonder Travel office: 1117 rue Ste-Catherine # 205Montreal QC H3B1H9

13. What kind of luggage can I take with me on the bus and in the cargo hold?

Answer: Wonder Travel offers you the opportunity to bring a large 30 'suitcase per person and a small suitcase under 20'. Kind reminder: do not bring fruits, vegetables, and meats to the United States.

14. How can I have the preference seats?

Answer: The seats on bus are generally arranged according to the order of the clients’ reservation. If the client has special requirement, he or she can pay fees in order to choose the seats on bus in advance (payment should be settled 3 days before departure. Please contact us for more information). The prices for the first three rows are: 1 day’ tour: $10 per person;
2 days’ tour, $20 per person;
3-4 days’ tour, $30 per person;
5-9 days’ tour: $50 per person;
10 days’ tour or above: $70 per person

15. How many people can I have in a hotel room?

Answer: The maximum number of people in a room in North America is 4 people. But if you have special requests PLEASE contact the office. Some times, we accept more than 4 people in a room. But you still need to know that there are only 2 double beds in the room.

16. How many beds in a hotel room?

Answer: Each room contains one or two separate double beds in all hotels.

17. What happens when I'm late or absent on the day of the trip?

Answer: Unfortunately, everyone should be on time, it's a group trip. In case of absence the trip is not refundable. For more information, please visit our terms and conditions

18. What is the cancellation policy?

Answer: 14 days or more prior to departure, charge $100. B. 7-14days prior to the departure, charge $150. C. Within 7 days prior to departure or withdrawal from the tour, will regard forfeiting the tour on your own, no tour fee will be returned. These cancellation fees also apply to passengers who cancel the tour due to problems incurred from visa application, passport or any other travel document or other personal reasons.
